Rewarding the innovation, loyalty and excellence of our valued Dealers and Builder partners with the first ever Nortek Control Builder Awards. Looking for nominations of the exceptional Builders that offered their buyers the ultimate connected smart home experience this year.
Both Builders and Installers for ELAN®, 2GIG®, or Linear® products will be recognized, so our Dealers are highly encouraged to nominate builders they’ve worked with this year.
Winners will be announced at the International Builder Show in Orlando, FL on February 9th.
Award Categories:
Smart Home Standards
Recognizing the best smart home standard within a community. Standards considered include but not limited to smart home automation, security, and GDO.
Smart Home Control
Recognizing the best smart home control integration including but not limited to lights, shades, climate, etc.
Smart Home Security
Recognizing the best security integration within a smart home or community.
Smart Home Entertainment
Recognizing the best home entertainment integration within a smart home.
Outdoor Technology
Recognizing the best outdoor technology integration within a smart home or community.
Multifamily Applications
Recognizing the best multifamily application. Applications considered include but not limited gate entry, access control, telephone entry, common area entertainment and control, and smart units.
Winners Receive:
